Laying SPC on concrete subfloor , the main issue is moisture. As concrete porous , water can easily seep in and subsequent damage your layer of flooring , causing wrapping or mould . To prevent this from happening , opt for an undrlayer (PE , IXPE ) that works to protect  your flooring from moisture and dampness creeping up from the cold concrete.
